Following Chouchou's 1st concept album "theme01 Niraikanai" released in 2011, Chouchou release their 2nd concept album "theme02 Night and Wanderer" on Aug 12th, 2017. This time, the album features the theme of "Traveling Nights" and contains 10 brand-new songs. And Chouchou also release its instrumental version album "inst07 Night and Wanderer" at the same time. These are the first release from Chouchou's 10th anniversary year.

When the night falls on the city and the wandering travelers wear the lights of the night, where will they go? And when the long night finally ends, what will they see?

2011年リリースの『和』をテーマに制作された一枚目のコンセプトアルバム「theme01 Niraikanai」に続き、2017年8月12日にリリースするChouchou二枚目のコンセプトアルバム「theme02 Night and Wanderer」。『夜を旅する』をテーマに新たに制作された全10曲で構成された本アルバムは、そのインスト版「inst07 Night and Wanderer」（全9曲）と同時発売。共に2017年7月に活動10周年を迎えたChouchouのアニバーサリーイヤーの最初を飾る作品。
